Who he helps: founders with an idea, food brands, manufacturers, restaurants and fast-food chains, pet-food brands. The site shows 43 projects from his portfolio: 7 named client brands, 18 confidential projects (no brand names) and 7 innovation-lab projects. He owns no factory: scale-up is done with the client's own manufacturer. Formulas are never published.
